Loyalty discount discontinued for me

Feeling like this loyalty thing is not actually for the loyal customers. I've been a customer since they took over from AT&T in the mid 90's yet my discount of $10 was arbitrarily removed and I have been told, "Too bad. Nothing we can do for you".

I'm a senior citizen on fixed income and only have internet and phone because I can't afford the TV. 

Wishing something couald be done for me, I just cannot afford these increases.

Keep us up to date..as I will be off vacation hold about April 1 and I'm talking to metronet which may or may not be in your area but they have attractive packages. Comcast is good quality, but getting too pricey
