Loyalty Program for Existing Customers

My contract is up at months end.  I can not find any deals for existing customers or a telephone number to call for Customer Loyalty/Retention.   In two years my contract went up from $90 to $108.  It goes up to $155 at months end.  Unless I can find a way to contact the right department in a few days I will need to call AT&T.   Why aren't number posted?

There aren't any special numbers, you would just call the main number(s) 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)

Called the main number as instructed and my monthly bill will go up $35.00 monthly after my conversation.  I must cancel service as a result.

Your recommendation was not helpful.  If you really work for Comcast, ask them to publish a Customer Retention telephone #.

nerdburg isn't a Comcast employee; he is a customer like you.  If you notice the signature box it specifically states that he is not an employee [and neither am I].
