My call yesterday to a (rather very inexperienced) Loyalty team mbr cut out, and I need to immediately lower this months' bill due to lower income level. Is there a subsribtion at half the cost ($15) to get half the speed? (3Mpbs download speed), and would I be able to return to my current $30/mth plan after 3 months?
