Loyalty Billing help

I have been with the company for a few years and now my bill is too much for me. When I've tried reaching out, they give me no other options besides basically getting rid of almost all channels and completely jumping way down in speed of internet. I really wish comcast would work with me on something that would work better for me. I've always referred people to them but very frustrated with not getting any help.
