I have been a loyal customers for >9 years and refused to go to AT&T or any other providers, however, after a recent call to Comcast to see what you could do for me given all the new promotions published online - I was told "nothing" and "you should cancel and pay a fee." I cannot believe it, it's the worst customer service, EVER and to think I'm in the outsourcing industry and I've seen bad customer service - BUT COMCAST you have won the war on QOS! All hail the new king of "we don't care about customers!"
I'm sure this will be ripped down - but heed my warning!
