Lower my bill

Lower my bill

My Bill has gone up to over $200.  Called to see if I could get it lowered. What was offered, $182 or remove some channels for $160. Only wanted Tv and Internet and said no specials are offered. I really don't want to change providers but I can get Tv and Internet from a competor for $95. Saw on the Internet there was a double play starter offered for $70 with a $100 gift card for new customers. Why isn't there a double play offered for existing customers ?
