I have reported a low hanging phone line three times but have not received a call back about setting up a service appointment. My current ticket number is: 051210623. As I said, we set up two previous repair tickets. After calling back a second time, I learned that the second ticket was "not specific enough" so the ticket was closed. I have not heard back about the third ticket. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
