Hello...I'm not an xfinity customer, but I just want to let you know that your cable is connected to my house and it is hanging very low mostly when it is very windy. I called your customer service for the past two months about this issue and until now your techncian has not done it's work. I also called last night 4/12/18 regarding this issue and said that someone will contact me and suprisingly no one has contacted me. I don't know what steps that I need to do in order for your Technician to fix this low hanging cable. Please do let me know...I have given my information to your customer service. I hope someone in xfinity will look into this unless the xfinity is just waiting for an accident to happen in order for you guys to fix the issue.
