Low Hanging Line

We've got a low hanging line in our yard and would like service.  There's no number to call anymore and 0 responses from message boards and messenger chats.

I got an answer through Facebook Messenger, and a tried multiple methods of communication.  After corresponding woth an agent I got serviced in a few days.   Wire is higher then original location.
