I recently received an email regarding un-returned equipment. Since I recently moved I figured I would find the modem in my moved things. But i have not been able to find it. I have asked the people who helped me move as well and they were also unable to find it. I am wondering what to do if the equipment i needed to send back is lost?
is there any way to avoid a large fee?
Hi Jamie25 -- I can help you with that lost equipment. I am able to mark the modem as lost and then have it removed from your account without a fee for it. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will also need to know the modem MAC address in question.
