Looking to downgrade service

Due to the drastic recent price increase on my account i need to downgrade my service.I no longer need all the bells and whistles .My tv viewing is very minimal along with eliminating my house phone.Looking for internet access only and affordable plan.Need to be contacted with options available as i plan to make decision by end of week.
