Long running issue and failure of comcast to fix it-help!
So Im writing this hoping comcast reads this post and can escalated this higher up. Much higher up.
ABout 5 five years ago we began having issues with our service- on demand especially. For years now-we have to unplug the digital boxes and plug them back it almost every time to watch a on demand program! And even then often the program may stop in the middle.
We have had literally over a dozen techs out, signal refreshed over and over. Its never been fully fixed-in again five years time! In 2016 it did get escalated to a regional field person who had comcast send trucks in and line check hundreds of homes-and it was finally fixed it seemed. Then Harvey came and its worse than ever.
I am tired of calling comcast-with no resolution to this. SIgnal refresh does nothing to fix this nor the tech visits via the 800 number. Can someone really look into this-research the history and connect me to someone in charge here in Houston? Im about ready to end service with yall.
