I have been trying to get a billing issue resolved for a month now. At first I tried using the live chat feature, and was told that I needed to call a special number to get a live agent. Fast forward 10 days and one Pandemic, I tried calling Comcast and was put into a never ending loop. Main menu ---> COVID message ---> main menu, repeat.
Long story short, I know that everyone is busy with whats going on, but I need to talk to a live person. How can this be done?
