Strong winds from recent storms in Middle TN partially pulled the coaxial line loose such that it is hanging low in my yard btwn my house and the utility pole. The line is still connected to the power mast on my roof, but it pulled it enough to cause the flashing around the mast to be raised up from roof. My xfinity service has not been interrupted.
Can a service tech be scheduled to come and reattach/tighten the coaxial back to it's proper position, to eliminate the low hanging wire? Does Comcast/Xfinity charge for that service or is it done without a charge to me?
