Can someone please help or explain to me where the practice of lying to a customer, and cutthroating their peers is acceptable?
Was lied to numerous times, by different reps, was promised that issued was resolved, it wasn't. I just want to know why? Why can I not get a straight answer? I am a paying customer. I do not pay people to lie to me. Broke my cricket phone, decided that i was going to get xfinity mobile since i was already a internet customer. I called in to see if I was eligible, I am, I asked about pricing was given info, I told the rep that I was going to think about it. I decided to go to the store and browse, I was interested and thought I'm here might as well buy the phone. The store rep could not sell me a phone because the phone rep had for lack of a better term "blackballed" him from selling me anything or activating an xfinity mobile account for me. The story goes on and on for three days now and I am at the point I'm about to cancel all services.
