I spoke with numerous reps today, via both online chat and on the phone. I was told an agreed upon price for a package I was happy with was initiated by an online chat rep. After calling to speak with a few other reps and a supervisor that felt it was needed to belittle a loyal customer, I was told that said price for package was false and it was never in fact implemented. For a company that outsources most of its reps to a foreign country (That at times can be hard to understand, even when they're giving their fictitious American name to you), it would seem Comcast could stand to offer better prices to loyal and longstanding customers, and not try to turn their once fair price into something that is borderline price gouging. Thanks, Comcast!
