I tried to contact Xfinity via chat but it just keeps sending me in an endless loop even though it initially tells me it will let me chat with an agent.
I was hoping we could get a late fee waived. We've made all previous payments on time, typically 2-3 days early. Paid this one a couple days late and the next day had a new bill issued with a $10 late fee. We've been paying all of our bills during this pandemic and would appreciate a goodwill gesture on this.
