Hoping to see if anyone can help. My wife is the account owner on our accout and we recently ordered the Xfi pods from xfinity. The issue is that she has tired for a long time to try and update her last name to her married last name but gets no where with Xfinity on this. Our order for xfi pods was of course shipped under her old last name so UPS will of course not deliver this package and it will eventually just be sent back. Has anyone actually been able to get xfinity to update their last name which is the root cause of this? In the mean time, any idea how to get UPS to actually deliver the package before it is sent back to xfinity? We live in an apartment building so only her married last name is listed on the package system.
