Lack of Respect for Loyal Customers-Customer Servce as Stores and By Phone is Appalling
I have had Comcast for many years and every year it seems that customer service get worse. This year is no exception. The stores can't help me at all, neither can a call to customer service. My agreement is up soon and I want to keep the same plan (or similar) for the same price or better. Only internet and TV. One year agreement. It shouldn't be this hard to get help.
