LOYALTY DEPARTMENT-A JOKE

So I hahve been calling and emailing the CEO office about a lower plan, since I have been acustoemr for over 20 years!! YEP that long. No one can help me with pricing, they said call the loyalty department, and they said they coldnt do anything. Why do NEW customers get the best rates? I seem to feel the need to cancel and open a NEW account in anothers name to get a better price, really COMCAST?

Yes, new customers are offered promotional deals in order to introduce them to the service. Every provider does this, it's standard practice in the industry. There probably are some deals available to you, but they are never going to be as good as new customer deals.
