I kept receiving marketing emails from Xfinity (the bottom of the email stated that "This email is an advertisement"). There is a link to Xfinity unsubscribe website, but the website does NOT work.
The website is as follow: https://pc2.mypreferences.com/Comcast/OptDown/opt-down/#/
Once you enter an email address, it'll take you to unsubscribe page. However, the "Unsubscribe all" button does NOT work.
Tested multiple times as follow:
1. Chrome, Safari, Firefox
2. Three separate MacBook
3. Two separate Windows
4. Three different networks (home, work, cellular).
It's almost as if Xfinity is purposely NOT allowing people to unsubscribe. Isn't this is illegal under the CAN-SPAM Act and the new California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)?
Can any Xfinity users chime in? Will be sharing this to other social media sites in case this post got deleted.
I've posted a similar complaint recently (no response thus far). I've called Comcast 5 times. Each time they give a different story on how to stop all the emails -- none work. I average at least 1-2 emails per day. It is ridiculous.
