Keep getting sent bill that doesn't belong to us

We've been receiving bills address to this person's name at our address but there is no one by that name in this household. We've been living here for over 10 years and we have never had any residents of that name. How do I make this stop?

Maybe an agent will request via PM the account number on the bill so they can check the address(es) associated with it, assuming the account number is NOT yours.
