Just signed up for service, but it says I don't have an active account?

I just purchased Xfinity service this evening and had trouble with the verification process. Chatted with an agent and was able to log into the account I've had at previous addresses when I had Xfinity.

Logged into that account, and it says it's not active. I went back to the "Thanks for Choosing Xfinity" email and clicked on the button to creat a new Xfinity ID. Since my phone number, email, and SS# are already in under a previous account, I am only able to access this disabled account.

How can I access my *current* account? I am moving next weekend and need to get service set up.
