Just moved, two accounts now?

Just moved, two accounts now?

I moved into a new home and transferred my service online through the app with no problem. My wifi was the same and worked when i got to the new place. My issue is now that my account has two addresses associated with it and it asks me every time i logged into the app. I do not live at the other place and need that account removed completely. Please help!
