As mentioned I just purchased the extreme 300 plan put when I look at my account it seems to still be showing my previous plan. Also when I check my Internet speed with any speed test it seems to max out at 75mbps down which is what my previous plan was. I just talked with support and they said I should be seeing a speed increase but alas I am not. Any help would be much appreciated!
