Issues with New Line

I signed up for Xfinity about a month ago. I had a tech come out, look at where I'd need a cable line run from pole to pole, and it was over 300ft so he had to refer it to construction.

I was getting email updates for a while on the status of this, but after the "Your public utilities need to be marked!" email, nothing, and now I can't even log into the My Account app, it just says I don't have services anymore.

How can I find out what happened and how to get my service installed?
