Issues with 2 Comcast/Xfinity Accounts

I have recently added a second Comcast account at a different address.

I can't tell you the issues I've had with having 2 accounts. They can't be linked together.

This means that I cannot use my only mobile number for each account, only for one of the accounts. I cannot use my home email account for each account, only for one of the accounts. I cannot view both accounts in the same browser window.

Therefore, I'm currently using my partner's mobile number together with a little-used personal email for my second account. This is extremely inconvenient.

One of the many Comcast agents I spoke to about this (over the course of 4 hours) mentioned that this is somehow tied to security concerns.

I strongly urge Comcast to reconsider this approach.
