It's so frustrating when you pay for a service that is advertised...and don't get what you pay for. Xfinity has no desire or interst in resolving a problem I've had from day one. My sports channels are in Spanish...and the SAP is turned off. From attitudes with customer service...to promised call backs that never happen...Xfinity customer service and technology turns out to be inferior. They just don't care. Looking to fing and alternative to this poor service. To pacify me...they gave me two months of Showtime free...nice...It;s in Spanish as well.
