Issue

I have messaged with two agents who have stated they have solved my issue but they have not. The nextflix account I have connected with my Xfinity plan has been hacked. I want it removed from my account so I can add a new nextflix one that connects to my plan. I continue to see the same account associated and I need it removed. The agents said they removed it but it’s not.
