Note that Comcast has been making changes and has renamed the 3 secondary user categories:
Also note that if you add a Manager or Member user, you have to use the poorly documented "invite" process where you provide an email address and/or mobile phone number for the user you are adding, and they respond to the "invitation" by providing username, password, and password recovery information. If adding a Viewer however, you fill in the username, password, and password recovery information. not the user you are adding.
