Last two days, I keep losing internet connectivity. DNS and no internet connection. Modem appears to be properly bonded.
I open the Xfinity Account app on my phone and No Outages are reports and "Everything Looks Good." So, I head to chat which makes me log in to get to an agent. The agent then asks for full account name, address, social, etc... Since I just logged in, why do they insist on making this difficult to report an outage where I have to use my phone's keyboard.
My electric company makes it easy to report an outage which they then investigate.
Is there an easier way?
