Is it possible to renew contract and get new customer pricing?

Tired of comparing seperate tier pricing for existing customer and new customer to determine if the limited renewal packages available to me are of real value or just ripping me off.  Am I only limited to the available renewal double play options in my portal or can I get something similar to what I currently have at my first year pricing but with HD at no extra cost?

Thanks.  Looking forward to hear from someone that can work with me and get me better pricing then what is available to me.

PS. Where do I change the name tag so it reflects a better name than Anonxxxx?
