I am a longtime customer, and I really need to downgrade to Blast Internet only. I have talked with several agents on the phone, and they all quoted an internet only price of $108 which is ridiculously high. I'm currently dealing with thousands of dollars in home damages resulting from Hurricane Michael, and I really need to get this bill lowered or completely drop the services. Please help!
