Is HD fee really included in my new package?

I just spoke with a rep for about 30 mins about changing my plan (my two year deal just expired). She basically told me that she could offer me a new deal for less money, with the same services I already have (minus voice, which I don’t use anyway, and minus 4 tv channels that I don’t watch anyway). She sent me the terms of the new deal to confirm via text and after comparing to my current package, I asked why there was not an HD fee on my new package. She said that HD is included in the package and I wouldn’t have to pay the extra $9.95 a month to watch HD. I was skeptical but I agreed. I then searched Xfinity forums and found several posts from customers who were also told HD was included and were later told that they’d have to pay the extra $9.95/month for HD.

My new package doesn’t go into effect until next month. Can someone please confirm that I will keep my same HD and X1 services with the new package, even though I’m not paying the HD fee? Username is <edited>
