We had our irrigation line broken during our cable drop. I have contacted customer service multiple times and no one seems to be able to understand.. or help me actually solve this problem.
I have also been trying to cancel my tv service for multiple days as well with the same issue.
Not sure why empolyees can't take care of very simple request.
Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
