I placed an order for that 128GB ipad for $5 a month almost 2 weeks ago.. when i placed the order i got an email with a copy of the contract and agreement. It said the ipad would be delivered in 5 to 10 days.. i never got an email with tracking. When i look up the status it says "pending fulfillment eligibility" whenever i call or chat the agents seem to not have a clue what i am talking about and i just get the runaround. I work in customer service for a phone company so i am never one to complain but this is insane. Can someone help me??
