I changed my plan to Seasonal for the TV but left the Internet normal and full service. It appears they lowered the Internet to Seasonal as well (based on billing changes I noticed) and now my security cameras are off line. Does anyone know how to get ahold of an agent to fix this since you are caught in a constant virtual assistant loop because of the Corona issues?
I need the cameras working asap.
