Hello- We used this forum to come up with an internet only plan that was well suited for my family, alittle over a year ago, since then the price jumped nearly $40 per month and it falls back out of budget. How can I address this increase? is there a bundle availble that I can leveraged to lower my monthly bill? I notice that there is the same packae I have avail for what I was originally paying. How can this get adjusted and back on track so we can continue as a committed Xfinity customer. Any and all help is welcome.
