We had a business internet at home and got home internet last 3-4 days ago. We appoint a technician as I was unable to use internet. Technician came and unplugged the business internet cable for home internet. We realize next day and called customer service to fix this problem and they told me your business internet is not working so talk to business department. The technician who made a mess was from residential department. So problem should be fix by residential department not business department. I have unplugged the home internet cable and plug in business cable the way it was in beginning. Now please help me regarding this issue. I am unable to use home internet. I will have to go back to old service(at&t) If the problem couldn’t get fix.
