Internet goes out while chatting with customer service
Contacting Xfinity has become a joke. I contacted Xfinity via their web chat and as soon as i get put on hold by the agent the internet goes out. This has happend 4 times today. You can't call, can't chat via internet, no email address, really what good is Xfinity? Xfinity has no probelm collecting my money though. Xfinity has until my next billing cycle to contact me or I will have no problem using the Dish in my back yard to move on from Xfinity. I do enjoy Xfinity but as a customer I will not tolerate non communication from a company taking my money.
Reason for contacting Xfinity was to schedule someone to come fix a broken cable outlet in my new home.
