Internet canceled?

Internet canceled?

I received an email from Xfinity saying: 'We received your cancellation' unfortunately I didn't see this email until the internet had already shut off. Maybe I forgot that I had to renew my internet, but DID NOT choose 'request to cancel' the service. I'd like to continue using the internet, but for some reason when I try to add internet service in the 'Shop' section I am presented with "Looks like you can't make any changes to this plan, please contact the account owner to continue". I am the sole user of my xfinity account, any help?
