My internet and TV go down every single day. I am not exagerating one bit when I say that it is actually down more than it works. I have now tried scheduling call backs with you 3 times and every time no one ever calls. This level of customer service is apalling. Hopefully someone in your organization will see this and respond, but Century Link will have my business soon if this is not fixed.
