I am once again having intermittent internet drops.. although, noww it is mostly down.
I call and have to go thru the bot asking me to poewr cycle my mode.
I call back and your bot says it wants to reset my modem.
I call back and it still says it want to power cycle my modem or reset it.
I CANNOT get to an agent.
What the HECK is wrong with you people???
Is anyone from Comacast even monitoring these forums?
Does Comcast even have any real people NOT in the Philipines??
I am a 30 year customer. I am ready to dump you guys.
