The best of luck, I have tried to change my services last week. I called Comcast and as a longtime customer I was hoping I can get some help. Not so. After a few transfers I got connected with a customer rep. I explained that we want to disconnect our TV and upgrade our internet services. What I learned is that Comcast has only one option for an upgrade, from $30 I pay now to $89 I will have to pay if I decide to switch. Nothing in between, all other offers are for new customers only. What happened to customer appreciation? No negotiations or other options, extremely frustrating since the rep wasn't even very friendly on the phone.
