Internet has browned out (slowed to a crawl) every night around midnight for the last 4 nights for about an hour. Effects our neighbors as well. Comcast support is no help. They wanted to send a technician during the day. I explained that would be pointless and the issue happens only around midnight and our neighbors also have the issue. This same story happened last year and lasted about a week. This is rediculous Xfinity. -- N Palm Beach, FL
The way to get this repaired would be to have a tech visit. The tech will then escalate to the proper people to get it fixed.

It's best to have an in home tech come out and look into this for you, and if nothing can be found they can recommend that a line tech come out and check into the problem. As explained, thoroughtly, this effected all users in the neighborhood. It was Comcast maintenance which was not reflected on the comcast status page. Since then, maintenace has been reported somewhat more accurately so customers know.
