So I signed up for the internet promotion and was told it ws two years . turns out to be 1.
Data was going over I called to pay for more data on 3/25/18
The operator doesnt tell me my promotion is going to expire.
My bill triples with all these charges.
I call back the operator says, I can help you and move everything back to the normal pricing. I ask about the previous month and basically it was a haha it sounds like a you problem not a me problem.
I Hope to get a remedy in this or I am going to cancel the service.
