Intermittent loss of service

I will be filing a complaint tomorrow with the FCC in regards to breach of contract as I am paying for services not provided. I have been documenting each instance with screenshots Etc and have had lost wages due to this issue that I feel I need to be reimbursed for.

If you have filed a complaint with the FCC there is nothing anyone here can do to help you.  You will have to wait until an agent contacts you.
