I am so tired of Comcast wasting my time. I have been trying to get service for over 1 MONTH. I have submitted tickets after tickets. I have had over 4 technicians come to my house and still haven’t got my service installed. Everyone on my street has service but me. I need this to work from home. Every week I am on the phone with Comcast for at least an hour or more trying to figure out what’s going on. My address shows it’s serviceable. But the line is to far away. Is it that hard to make a temporary line or add a new line to get service at my address. They send me notices about offers to get service. I am so fed up with this already so I thought I would see if anyone else is going through the same thing. If so has your issue been resolved and if it was resolved what was done to get it resolved? Any feed back I will appreciate it.
