We recently just moved and started a new internet service with Comcast. The previous tenant cut the outside cable line so therefore we have no service. It's been difficult jumping from department to department trying to get this resolved but i undetstand sometimes it's a system thing. The last call i have was with a very helpful representative who tried her best, she informed me that my line was some how connected ( i went outside and the line remained the same). A tech came out to survey the outside and inside of the house then left.
I just wanted to get an update on the next step, when will they start the installation, could i set up a time so i can be home to assist? Just simple Comcast stuff. Not having internet is a bit taxing on my work. Thank you!
