They came quickly and installed the outside wiring to the house. Gave us our self install pack and it lacked the power plug for modem(which we borrowed one from another item in our house that we need back to power that. We also didn't receive an xfinity remote. So when we try to access cable on our TV it says we don't have access. I'm paying for channels which we are not getting. We have called, were were told they would send because the store front locations are not open. We have not received anything. We were told by Jason we would get a call back confirming that we would receive and got nothing. No call and no nothing shipped. I feel i should receive a credit for the time I haven't been able to watch TV. we can watch via streaming but it's not the same and uses our data. what are my next steps. There was metronet available and a dish on the roof so I have choices.
